Installation means that we will install the software on a single site and will carry out basic configuration in order to get the software working. It does not include integration with your site (e.g. amending css) or module customization. If you are in doubt about what is / or isn't covered please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
Purchase of the installation service entitles you to a single installation of software as determined by the total of the points purchased based on the figures shown above. If, for reasons outside our control (e.g. issues with customizations on your site), we reserve the right to terminate the installation of that particular module or complete installation if the points balance has been exhausted. We will, of course, raise any such issues with you at the first opportunity available so we can agree the way forward with the installation.
