Can I use the software subscription for multiple domains?

The membership applies for a single domain or VPASP installation running up to 5 aliased domain names plus a test domain. You can license additional domains for a small extra charge.

I already bought some add-ons can I get a discount?

Yes. As an existing customer the total amount you spent on our products during the 12 months prior to your subscription will be automatically taken off your joining fee.

Why are you making your software available by subscription as well as outright purchase?

We wanted to introduce a cost effective way for customers to have a wider selection of VPASP add ons available and at the same time help finance future developments.

HI already bought BYZ072 (permament installation cover) can I still subscribe?

Yes. As an existing customer the total amount you spent on our products during the 12 months prior to your subscription will be automatically taken off your joining fee. However, in doing this your installation cover will no longer be valid.

Does the subscription include unlimited support for my VPASP system?

We will help you analyze your problem and provide recommendations on how you proceed to resolve the issue. If your require additional support that will need to be done on a chargeable basis.
